FocusMon ("the App") is developed and operated by Fynn Loosen. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use FocusMon, we may collect the following data:

• Authentication Data: If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your email address and display name. Guest accounts generate an anonymous Firebase user ID only.
• Game Data: Your game progress, trainer profile, monster collection, battle statistics, and settings are stored in Firebase Firestore to sync across sessions.
• Analytics & Crash Reports: We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymized usage data (e.g., feature usage, session duration) and crash reports to improve the App.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

FocusMon does not collect any of the following:

• Location data
• Contacts or address book data
• Health or fitness data
• Photos, videos, or camera access
• Advertising identifiers or tracking data

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Firebase (Google): Authentication, Firestore database, Analytics, and Cloud Functions. policies.google.com/privacy
• Apple StoreKit: In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. apple.com/legal/privacy

4. Children's Privacy

FocusMon is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

5. Data Retention

Your data is stored for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, all associated data will be permanently removed from our servers.

6. Data Deletion

You can delete all your data at any time by going to Settings → Delete Account within the App. This permanently removes your account and all associated game data from our systems.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate personal data
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Object to or restrict processing of your data

You can exercise these rights through the in-app settings or by contacting us directly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
