Frequently Asked Questions

How do I restore my purchases?

Open FocusMon, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases". This will restore your FocusMon+ subscription and any Tip Jar or Starter Bundle purchases linked to your Apple ID.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → FocusMon+. From there you can cancel or manage your subscription. You can also visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.

I used a Guest account and lost my progress. Can you recover it?

Guest accounts are stored locally on your device and cannot be recovered if the app is deleted or the device is reset. We recommend signing in with Apple or Google to keep your data safe. If you still have the app installed, you can link your Guest account to Apple or Google in Settings.

How do I report a bug?

Please email us at support@focusmon.com with a description of the issue, your device model, and iOS version. Screenshots or screen recordings are very helpful.

My focus session didn't count / I didn't receive a monster.

Focus sessions require you to stay in the app for the full duration. If you switch to another app or lock your screen for too long, the session may fail. Make sure Focus mode or Do Not Disturb is enabled to avoid interruptions.

A purchase failed but I was charged.

All purchases are processed by Apple. If you were charged but didn't receive your purchase, try restoring purchases in Settings. If the issue persists, contact Apple Support at reportaproblem.apple.com for a refund.
